Sabrina Phillips | ASID Interior Designer | Founder & President
Our designer and founder, Sabrina Phillips, is an ASID Allied Interior Designer, a Window Fashions Certified Professional (WFCP), a CSP (Certified Professional Stager), and is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO). Her company is 100% woman-owned and she’s been a member of National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and National Association of Women In Construction (NAWIC).
From 1998 to 2004, she served as a Broker Realtor selling several million dollar homes within her first year. This experience enhanced and honed her already strong Home Staging skills. Since 1991, her homes have sold within 12 days on average, many within just hours of listing. As she states, “I believe my interior design and home staging training and experience coupled with being a realtor and having bought and sold many homes including my own, really gives me major insight to get my clients the biggest bang for their buck when they’re getting ready to sell. I know what the seller wants, the buyer expects, what their realtor has to do to make it happen and what I need to do to get everyone what they need! With our staging, it takes the guess work out of the buyer’s mind so that they can easily walk in and see the home as “theirs”. Many times the buyer will offer more for a listing once we’ve staged it. And, if a home needs a light to heavy remodel before selling, I am very up front with the seller only recommending what Must be done in order for them to see at least twice their return on investment (ROI). If my clients can’t get this type of ROI, I won’t recommend a remodel.” That being said, Sabrina does offer remodel planning and project observation.
Sabrina is very perceptive and uses her strong intuitional and Feng Shui skills to exceed her client’s needs and desires. She really takes into consideration how her clients live and work as she works with Residential and Commercial clients, and incorporates all of this into the final design concept. From coast to coast, she’s designed one room to entire homes worth over $10 million. Among her commercial projects, she’s provided custom shutters and design at the Doubletree Hilton in Los Angeles, the CBS Broadcast Center Lofts in Hollywood, California, REI Stores throughout the Midwest, as well as completing historic preservation projects locally. Sabrina is originally from Kansas City so you will find her down to earth, fun to work with, honest, and full of integrity!
