MEET THE DESIGNERS
Sabrina Phillips | General Contractor | ASID Interior Designer | Founder & President
ASID Interior Designer and General Contractor, Sabrina Phillips, founded her Design Build firm, Designing Women in 1991 and, when she moved to California, expanded the brand in 2014 to Designing Women of Orange County. Her company is 100% woman-owned and she’s been a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and the National Association of Women In Construction (NAWIC).
Sabrina originally began designing doctor's offices in 1986 and then moved into the residential side of design in 1991. With her love of creating beautiful spaces for clients, she became a full service design firm very quickly covering areas such as Kitchen and Bath Remodels, Full Home Remodels and Home Staging. For 7 years, she served as a Color Forecaster for Sherwin Williams. From 1998 to 2004, she served as a Broker Realtor outselling her peers during the first few years. This experience enhanced and honed her already strong Home Staging skills and, today, gives her a very unique edge when designing her homes. When Designing to Sell, her homes have historically sold within hours and for much higher than asking price!

Using her strong intuitional and Feng Shui skills, Sabrina strives to exceed her client’s needs and desires! From coast to coast, she’s designed and remodeled small kitchens to entire homes worth over $10 million. Among her commercial projects, she’s provided design and remodel services for the Doubletree Hilton in Los Angeles, the CBS Broadcast Center Lofts in Hollywood, California, and REI Stores throughout the Midwest, as well as completing historic preservation projects locally. Sabrina is originally from Kansas City, so you will find her down to earth, fun to work with, honest, and full of integrity!

Deb Olson | Senior Design Assistant & Design Resourcing
Deb Olson spent 5 years as a Home Stager and completed her Interior Design certification at Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, CA, in 2019, just in time to “take a break” during the Covid pandemic, and then joined DWOC in early 2021.
Deb is our Senior Design Assistant and heads up the Design Resourcing department. She is responsible for finding the right furniture and décor for our clients and helps coordinate the size, color, and shape of items needed for each client as well as the availability and pricing.
You’ll find Ms. Olson detailed, innovative, and attentive to your needs. In her words...

CYNTHIA PRIDDY | PROJECT MANAGER
Cynthia Priddy has spent over 20 years in residential construction. Cynthia earned her BS Business Administration from Syracuse University and her AS Construction Management from Northern Virginia Community College. She has spent most of her time in the field as a Construction Superintendent and Customer Service and Warranty Manager overseeing the construction of a variety of residential projects and supporting homeowners in their new homes.
Her residential project management experience includes apartment homes, multi-phase sub-division developments, custom homes, single-family homes, multi-family homes, model homes, remodels, and flips. She has built new homes in Virginia and California and remodeled homes in Colorado. Her passion is architecture and design and she loves being “in the trenches” during the construction and remodeling process.

Laura Maldonado | Professional Organizer
Laura Maldonado excels in understanding her client's needs when it comes to organizing and decluttering. She has spent time in the home-based business and corporate worlds helping clients organize their spaces and systems to create more efficient work spaces. This helps entrepreneurs and companies save on time, frustration, and deadlines!
When it comes to the home, she provides those same services for her residential client's garages, closets, kitchens, pantries and more! And, if you're getting ready to remodel, Laura also offers pack out-pack in services to make your transition even easier! Either way, she will come estimate what will be required to offer you the best services.
Laura is originally from Michigan but has called California her home for 30 years now. She enjoys cooking, gardening, live music, and her two cats!

Vicki Glover | Professional Landscape & Hardscape Designer
Our Landscape Designer, Vicki Glover, specializes in creating stunning and individualized outdoor living areas that can be used all year long. Her designs are distinctive and give thought to the client's style and desires. The quality of her designs reflects a strong work ethic developed through years of working in customer service.
Vicki received a degree in Ornamental Horticulture giving her the skills she needs to create gardens using the right plant for the right area. She prepares and drafts design plans for HOA submittal. She also offers a design consultation with a walk through of your yard to discuss any issues and ideas you may have. Once you decide to take the next step, she'll prepare a Conceptual Design Board that will lay out any Hardscape and Softscape Plans based on your ideas. You'll get to see a rendering to help you visualize the final outcome!
Vicki will definitely turn your dreams into a beautiful outdoor living space! From the design phase to procurement and installation, we've gotcha covered!
