If your custom window product should fail to perform as intended within ten years of the installation date, we will repair it correctly or allow full prorated credit for the unused time toward a purchase of a replacement product of your choice.

4. Appointment Guarantee

Your time is valuable! That’s why we guarantee that your consultant will arrive at your home on time or call to inform you of any delays within one hour of the scheduled appointment. If, for any reason, your consultant or installer does not do one of these things, you will receive a $25 credit toward your purchase and our sincere apology.

We guarantee that a certified professional installer will install your products and promise to back up any installation issues for one year from the date of the original installation.
